Like cheering at a Sweets game or watching the sky fill with color during Balloon Stampede, experiencing the Walla Walla Symphony is part of what makes Walla Walla an extraordinary place to live.
Since 1907, the Symphony has been a proud member of this community, bringing world-class artists, high-quality performances, and student-centered music education to Walla Walla. Our community’s generosity allows us to offer deeply discounted $19 adult tickets and keep every education program free for students, even as many orchestras our size charge significantly more.
But affordable to attend and free to participate do not mean free to produce. Ticket sales cover less than 17% of the cost of creating these experiences. The rest comes from people like you who believe that a vibrant, intergenerational symphony should remain part of what makes Walla Walla uniquely wonderful.
There are many ways to support your Walla Walla Symphony:
Single Gift
Make an annual donation with cash, check, or credit card in one payment. You can mail in your donation or use our convenient online donation form.
Recurring Gift
Make payments with a credit card on a monthly or quarterly basis. Your card is charged the same amount each month/quarter until you tell us to stop. Click here to start your recurring gift today!
Your Gift Through Your IRA
You can make a tax-free distribution from your traditional or Roth IRA to the Walla Walla Symphony without incurring federal income tax on the withdrawal.
If you have reached the age of 73 (or 75 for those born in 1960 or later) and must take the required minimum distribution (RMD) from your traditional or Roth IRA, you can replace some or all of it with a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) to the Walla Walla Symphony. Depending on your financial situation, a QCD could be right for you. Contact you IRA trustee or custodian to make arrangements today!
Planned Giving
Join our Heritage Society, a special group that honors and recognizes donors who have included the Walla Walla Symphony in their legacy plans. There is no minimum amount to be a member, as all gifts are welcome and important to us.
Lending Library Instrument Donations
Do you have any unused musical instruments in good, working condition? Donate them to the Symphony! Donors receive a tax receipt for the fair market value and the assurance that it will go to a worthy musician-in-training in our community. Email instruments@wwsymphony.org today to get started.

Gifts of Time/Talent
Share your time and talents with the Walla Walla Symphony by becoming a volunteer.
