Ticket Policies
HOW DO I BUY MY TICKETS?
Tickets can be purchased online, by calling our office 509-529-8020 or by visiting us at 13 ½ East Main Street, Suite #201, Walla Walla, WA. Tickets can also be purchased at the door, beginning one hour before performance time (subject to availability).
ARE THERE GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Yes! Discounts for groups of 10 or more are available for most concerts. Call our office at 509-529-8020 for details.
WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE CONCERT AFTER I’VE PURCHASED MY TICKET?
We are committed to making your experience the best it can be. If you feel uncomfortable attending an event in person, you can exchange you tickets for a different performance, receive credit, or request a full refund by contacting us prior to the performance.

WHAT IF THE CONCERT OR EVENT IS CANCELLED?
If an event is canceled by the Symphony, we will follow the procedure outlined below.
If an event is canceled, you will be notified via email and a message will be posted on our Facebook page.
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date and time.
If the event is canceled without the possibility of rescheduling, refunds and credits will be issued in a timely manner.
