As we look for the next Music Director & Conductor, we are not only looking for an experienced musician and inspiring leader who can successfully serve as a principal conductor and music director, but we are also looking for a leader who is interested in developing authentic connections with our community and who shares our commitment to the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and has demonstrated this in all aspects of their work.
